Objective
To create a 2-3 minute documentary-style video about Coach Collins
Project Example
Design Requirements
- Utilize previous knowledge of editing techniques.
- Review footage and decide what to include and exclude. Not all B-Roll or interview segments will be used.
- Remove all interview questions to create a seamless edit of Coach Collins discussing his coaching journey.
- Incorporate both an Introduction and a Conclusion.
- Roughly two-thirds of the visuals should consist of your selected B-Roll, with intermittent appearances of Coach Collins on screen. Coach’s dialogue will remain audible while showing relative B-Roll footage. (Review Campus Life Project)
- Include a "Lower Third" of Coach Collins (Review Lower Thirds Project) for a duration around 5 seconds the first time Coach Collins appears. (For the Lower Third Text, Name: Coach Mitch Collins, Title: VHS Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach.)
